      I think I got this answer in within the chat but I’ll say again: Nursing- our practice nurses have such expertise and skills that we couldn’t run practices and primary care without them. The same goes for our admin teams and management- that’s why they get referenced in my poem about GP:

      Another job in healthcare which I wanted to do was physiotherapy. Helping people get back on their feet and walking again is challenging but very rewarding!

      I have never had a huge amount of experience in a healthcare role other than my own so I struggle to picture to imagine myself in another position. However in terms of admiration I would have to say nursing staff, especially the nurses I’m working with at the moment working in paediatrics and neonates. They are so skilled and caring and I look to them to help me on a daily basis!
