      It certainly can be! You have to be very organised, good at managing your time and prioritising work and always be ready to support others – even if you’re having a difficult day yourself. I am quite a calm person and that definitely helps me to keep things in perspective!!
      In the same way as when you’re studying, it is very important outside work to de-stress by exercising, seeing friends and making time for hobbies.
